Yes, I don't blame the customer service agents at all. I blame companies for not paying or training their customer service enough. It's perceived as a "low-skill" job but, like so many "low-skill" jobs, really isn't.
A lot of editors do have a preference and so eventually shift to that kind of work. I don't; I find it easy to switch between them and like the variety.
